Refund policy

Life's Fortune is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we hope that you are satisfied with each and every product you get from us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, feel free to return your purchase for a full refund*.

Life's Fortune accepts returns on all items under the following conditions. 

● Sealed in its original packaging. 
● Within 90 days of delivery. 

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we will accept a return only if fully intact and sealed..

Defective units

If you received a defective unit, we will gladly take it back for a full refund so long that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.

If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.

Additionally Gift cards are non-returnable items.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days depending on your payment method.

Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping:
A return label will be provided. Return shipping cost may be deducted in some instances.
